Resolution authorizing the Sheriff’s Office to contract with the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project, Inc., for pretrial services for a three-year period from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2024, with two one-year options to extend for a contract total not to exceed amount of $18,764,430.

This resolution allows the Sheriff’s Office to increase its contract with the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project by $499,342, bringing the total contract amount to $19,763,114, while maintaining the original three-year term. The contract will still run from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2024, with the option to extend for two additional years.
