City and County of San Francisco; the lawsuit involves an alleged prescription medication error; City and County of San Francisco agreed to pay for any unreimbursed medical costs related to Shanay Jones’ care at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital as to Ms. Jones’ medical care from January-February 2018 in addition to the $80,000 payment.
