Resolution concurring with the Controller's certification that department services previously approved can be performed by private contractor for a lower cost than similar work performed by City and County employees, for the following services: budget and legislative analyst (Board of Supervisors); citywide custodial services (excluding City Hall), citywide security services, fleet security, convention facilities management (General Services Agency - City Administrator); mainframe system support (General Services Agency - Technology); security services (Public Works); security services (Human Services Agency); security services (Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing); security services (Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development); food services for jail inmates (Sheriff’s Department); assembly of vote-by-mail envelopes (Department of Elections); security services (Public Utilities Commission); security, information and guest services, parking operations, shuttle bus services (Airport); and custodial and security services (Port).
