How it got here

The Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 20861, recommending approval of the Code Corrections Ordinance to correct typographical errors and update outdated references in the Planning Code.
The Planning Department transmitted the proposed Code Corrections Ordinance to the Clerk of the Board, indicating it was not defined as a project under CEQA guidelines.
Supervisor Myrna Melgar, Chair of the Committee, reported the Code Corrections Ordinance as an urgent matter for consideration by the full Board.
The Committee continued the discussion of the Code Corrections Ordinance to the call of the chair.
The Clerk of the Board filed the Code Corrections Ordinance pursuant to Board Rule 3.40.
