Resolution retroactively approving the original grant agreement, first amendment, and second amendment for Contract No. 1000009982 for the Mayor's Youth Employment and Education Program between the Japanese Community Youth Council and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Department of Children, Youth and Their Families, for a total term of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2024, and for a total not to exceed amount of $39,662,265.

The Department entered into a grant agreement with the Japanese Community Youth Council for the Mayor's Youth Employment and Education Program, with a total not to exceed amount of $24,750,000 for a term from July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2023.

The Department amended the original grant agreement to increase the funding by $9,032,540, raising the total not to exceed amount to $33,782,540, while maintaining the original term.

The Department executed a second amendment to extend the grant term to June 30, 2024, and to increase the total not to exceed amount to $39,662,265.
