Ryan Patterson filed a second appeal of the FMND following its approval by the Planning Commission.
The Environmental Review Officer determined that the appeal of the FMND had been timely filed.
The Board of Supervisors held a public hearing to consider the appeal of the FMND, reviewing all relevant documents and public testimony.
The Board conditionally reversed the Planning Department’s preparation of the FMND, pending the adoption of written findings.
