How it got here

DPH submitted a proposed resolution for Amendment No. 2 to increase the contract amount by $18,239,925 and extend the term through June 30, 2028.
The Budget and Finance Committee reviewed and recommended the resolution as amended.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution retroactively approving Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Helios Healthcare.
