Charter Amendment (Second Draft) to amend the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco to extend the Library Preservation Fund for an additional 25 years, through June 2048, to set aside funds to provide library services and materials and operate library facilities at the main library and branch libraries; at an election to be held on November 8, 2022.
