Resolution authorizing the Department of Technology to enter into a First Amendment with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless to purchase wireless telecommunication services with an increased amount of $21,126,500 for a total not to exceed amount of $30,626,500 and extend the term by four years and one month for a total term of seven years from June 1, 2020, through June 30, 2027, with one three-year option to extend, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118.
