Resolution urging United States Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra to suspend a requirement by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on relocating and transferring vulnerable patients at Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center; and to extend coverage of Medicare and Medicaid payments until the determination on recertification.
