Hearing on the report of the performance audit on the recent capital improvements at the City-owned Portsmouth Square Parking Garage, determination on how effective and economical Portsmouth Plaza Parking Corporation's (PPPC) processes were, whether the PPPC Board's reporting of the renovation to the City complied with requirements, and recommendations to avoid similar problems at the Portsmouth Square Garage and ensure proper execution and delivery of future capital improvement projects funded by the City, Recreation and Park Department; and requesting the Controller's Office and the Recreation and Park Department to report.
