Resolution approving an original contract agreement between Toyon Associates, Inc. and the Department of Public Health, to provide regulatory report and reimbursement and revenue optimization services, in an amount not to exceed $8,492,339 for a total contract term of October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2027, and to authorize the Department of Public Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the contract prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the contract or this Resolution.
