This legislation allows the Mayor to discuss specific topics related to public transit and homelessness, as raised by Supervisors from Districts 5 and 8. The Mayor will have a limited time to speak and respond to questions during the hearing.
Pursuant to Charter, Sections 2.103 and 3.100(7), and Administrative Code, Section 2.11, the Mayor shall discuss the following eligible topics submitted from the Supervisors representing Districts 5 and 8. The Mayor may address the Board initially for up to five minutes. Discussion shall not exceed two minutes per question or answer. 1. Public Transit (District 5) 2. Homelessness and Street Conditions (District 8)
