Resolution approving an emergency declaration of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, pursuant to Administrative Code, Section 6.60, to contract resources to repair the road failures on Cherry Lake Road and Hetch Hetchy Road, which were damaged by above normal precipitation and a series of recent winter storms, with a total estimated emergency contract cost not to exceed $20,000,000.
