Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Department of Public Health, to establish the roles and responsibilities of each party for purposes of fundraising and capital projects; and to authorize the Department of Public Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the MOU prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the MOU or this Resolution.
