Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the San Francisco Public Health Foundation and the Department of Public Health to establish the roles and responsibilities of each party for purposes of fundraising and capital projects; and to authorize the Department of Public Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the MOU prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the MOU or this Resolution.
