Resolution approving Port Commission License No. 17036 with GSW Arena LLC for the non-exclusive use of white and yellow zone curb spaces and metered parking spaces on Port streets in and around the Chase Center on game and special event days for an initial term of 10 years with two five-year extension options and with anticipated revenues from this License to exceed $1,000,000 to commence on August 1, 2023; to authorize the Executive Director of the Port of San Francisco to enter into amendments or modifications to the Port Commission License No. 17036 that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Resolution; and making findings under the California Environmental Quality Act.
