The Arbitration Board issued its decision and award on May 13, 2024, incorporating the terms into the Memorandum of Understanding for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027.
Mayor Breed introduced the ordinance to adopt and implement the Arbitration Board's decision and award regarding the Municipal Executives' Association.
The Board referred the proposed legislation to the Controller for a cost analysis.
The Controller submitted a cost analysis of the MOU, indicating the financial implications for the City.
The committee recommended the ordinance for approval during its meeting.
The Board of Supervisors finally passed the ordinance, adopting the MOU between the City and the Municipal Executives' Association.
