The Arbitration Board issued its decision and award, which included compensation adjustments for various job classifications effective July 1, 2024.
The Arbitration Board held additional hearings on April 22-24, 2024, to resolve remaining issues regarding internal adjustments and night duty differentials.
The Arbitration Board issued its final award incorporating additional wage adjustments and night duty differentials into the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Mayor Breed introduced the ordinance to adopt and implement the Arbitration Board's decision and award for the Collective Bargaining Agreement with IBEW Local 6.
The Government Audit and Oversight Committee recommended the ordinance for approval.
The Board of Supervisors passed the ordinance on June 18, 2024, finalizing the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the period from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027.
