Resolution approving a Program Application Package for a California Specified Development and Acquisition Grant from the State of California Natural Resources Agency (the “Agency”); authorizing the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (“MOHCD”), on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, to apply for the Program Application Package and enter into a Grant Agreement with the Agency and take all actions in compliance with the Grant Agreement, as defined herein, for a grant of $5,500,000 under the California Specified Development and Acquisition Grant Program; and authorizing the City to accept and expend the grant in the amount of $5,500,000 under California Specified Development and Acquisition Grant Program for the period of August 1, 2024, through March 1, 2026, for the purpose of establishing a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer History Museum in San Francisco.
