How it got here
This legislation originated from the need to amend an existing contract for customer and administrative services related to San Francisco's CleanPowerSF program.
The SFPUC awarded Agreement No. CS-247[R] to Noble Americas Energy Solutions LLC for meter data management, billing, and customer care services for CleanPowerSF, with a total value of $5,600,000 and a term of three years.
The SFPUC approved the assignment of the contract from Noble Americas Energy Solutions LLC to Calpine Energy Solutions LLC following a name change.
Amendment No. 1 was approved, increasing the contract amount by $14,030,000 and extending the term by three years, bringing the total to $19,630,000.
Amendment No. 3 was approved, increasing the contract amount by $13,876,200 and extending the term by three years, for a total not to exceed amount of $32,645,425.
The SFPUC approved Amendment No. 4, increasing the contract amount by $2,500,000 and extending the term by six months, for a total not to exceed amount of $34,975,340.40.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution authorizing the General Manager of the SFPUC to execute Amendment No. 4, increasing the agreement amount by $2,100,000 and extending the duration by six months.
