The Board adopted Resolution No. 549-20 authorizing a management agreement with the Noe Valley Association for the administration of the CBD.
OEWD reviewed the Noe Valley CBD's annual report for FY 2022-2023, confirming compliance with state law and the management agreement.
Supervisor Mandelman introduced the resolution to receive and approve the annual report for the Noe Valley CBD for FY 2022-2023.
