The Board approved the establishment of the Castro/Upper Market Community Benefit District through Resolution #582-05.
The Board adopted Resolution No. 215-20 to renew and expand the Castro/Upper Market Community Benefit District for another 15 years.
The Board adopted Resolution No. 322-20 establishing the Castro Community Benefit District for a period of 15 years.
The Board adopted Resolution No. 550-20 authorizing a management agreement with the owners' association for the administration of the Castro CBD.
The Board approved the Castro CBD’s annual report for FY2021-2022 in Resolution No. 185-24.
Supervisor Mandelman introduced the resolution to receive and approve the annual report for FY2022-2023, as required by law.
