Resolution consolidating the following elections, all of which will be held on November 5, 2024, the State of California General Election; the City and County of San Francisco Municipal Election; City and County of San Franciscoβs Special Bond Election; the Bay Area Rapid Transit District Election; the San Francisco Unified School District Board of Education (School Board) Election; the School Board Special Election for General Obligation Bonds; and the San Francisco Community College Board of Trustees Election; and providing that the election precincts, voting places, and officers for these elections shall be the same as for the State General Election.

The legislation originated from a request by the Director of Elections to consolidate multiple elections scheduled for November 5, 2024.
John Arntz requested Supervisor Peskin to introduce a resolution to consolidate various elections with the State of California General Election on November 5, 2024.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution to consolidate the elections, which included municipal, special bond, and school board elections.
Mayor London Breed approved the resolution following its adoption by the Board of Supervisors.
