DPH issued RFQ 21-2020 for vocational rehabilitation employment and training programs.
DPH entered into an agreement with Richmond Area Multi Services, Inc. (RAMS) for vocational rehabilitation services, with a term through December 31, 2023.
The Original Agreement was amended to extend the term by one year and increase the maximum expenditure to $16,043,775.
The Civil Service Commission approved the contract modification under Personal Service Contract No. 41068-14/15.
DPH proposed a second amendment to extend the contract term to June 30, 2028, and increase the total not-to-exceed amount to $38,083,630.
The Budget and Finance Committee recommended the approval of the second amendment to the Board of Supervisors.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution approving the second amendment to the agreement with RAMS.
The Mayor approved the resolution, finalizing the amendment to the agreement.
