An increase in grant funds of $40,196 was approved for the project, extending the funding period.
A further increase of $13,431 was approved for the project, bringing the total grant amount to $104,508.
The Department submitted the accept and expend packet to the Controller’s Office for review after receiving the grant increase notice.
The resolution to retroactively authorize the acceptance and expenditure of the grant was introduced to the Board of Supervisors.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution as amended, allowing the Department of Public Health to accept and expend the grant.
