Resolution approving an Agreement between the City, acting by and through the Human Services Agency, and Seneca Family of Agencies for the provision of Family and Children’s Services (FCS) Wraparound Services, for a term of four years from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029, and for a total not to exceed amount of $15,974,640; and to authorize the Executive Director of the Human Services Agency to make necessary, non-material changes to the Agreement before its execution.
How it got here
The legislation originated from the Human Services Agency's need to provide wraparound services for children and families at risk of out-of-home placements.
The Human Services Agency issued a Request for Proposals #1159 for FCS Wraparound Services for Child Welfare Families.
Proposals were submitted in response to the RFP, with Seneca Family of Agencies being one of the bidders.
The Civil Service Commission approved Personal Service Contract No. DHRPSC0005086 for the Human Services Agency.
The Human Services Commission approved the proposed Agreement with Seneca Family of Agencies for a total not to exceed amount of $15,974,640.
The Human Services Agency submitted the proposed resolution for the contract agreement with Seneca Family of Agencies to the Board of Supervisors.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution approving the Agreement with Seneca Family of Agencies.
