How it got here

The Civil Service Commission approved a contract for the development of a new Legislative Management System for $540,000, which was later increased to $1,000,000.
The Board of Supervisors approved funding of $1,000,000 for the Office of the Clerk of the Board to design and implement the new Legislative Management System as part of the FY 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Budget.
The Board authorized the Office of the Clerk of the Board to sell licenses for the new Legislative Management System to generate revenue for its maintenance.
The Civil Service Commission approved an increase in the contract amount to $3,190,476 to support additional phases of the Legislative Management System project.
