How it got here
The legislation originated from the need to modify an existing contract for project management support services for the International Terminal Building Phase 2 Project at San Francisco International Airport.
The Airport Commission issued a Request for Proposals for project management support services for the International Terminal Building Phase 2 Project.
The Commission awarded the contract to AGS, Inc. for a not-to-exceed amount of $4,880,000 for 1,218 days of services.
Modification No. 1 was approved to increase the contract amount by $4,770,000 and extend the term through June 27, 2026.
Modification No. 2 was administratively approved to add a new sub-consultant to the contract.
Modification No. 3 was administratively approved to add a new classification and its range of rates.
Modification No. 4 was administratively approved to update the contract and add another sub-consultant.
Modification No. 5 was approved to increase the contract amount by $2,850,000 and extend the term through December 31, 2026.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution approving Modification No. 5 to the contract.
