How it got here

On September 11, 2025, the Public Works Commission adopted Resolution No. 2025-0095, approving the Statement of Purpose and directing it to be forwarded to the Mayor and Board of Supervisors for approval.
The Director of Public Works, Carla Short, submitted the drafted resolution and signed Commission resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, fulfilling the requirements of Charter Section 4.102(2).
The resolution was received and assigned to a committee by the President of the Board of Supervisors.
The resolution remains active as of March 5, 2026, pending further committee action.
