The Commission conducted a public hearing to consider the proposed ordinance and voted unanimously to recommend its approval.
The Planning Department determined that the ordinance complies with the California Environmental Quality Act, which was subsequently affirmed by the Board.
The Land Use and Transportation Committee recommended the ordinance for passage.
The Board of Supervisors passed the ordinance on its first reading.
The Board of Supervisors finally passed the ordinance, which was subsequently approved by the Mayor.
