The Clerk of the Board referred the ordinance to the Planning Department and the Building Inspection Commission for review under CEQA.
The Planning Department determined that the ordinance complies with CEQA and submitted their findings to the Clerk of the Board.
The Building Inspection Commission held a public hearing and unanimously recommended approval of the ordinance.
The Land Use and Transportation Committee recommended the ordinance for passage.
The Board of Supervisors finally passed the ordinance, which amends the Building Code to create a permitting process for hydrogen fueling stations.
