The City issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Budget and Legislative Analyst Services, selecting Harvey M. Rose Associates, LLC as the highest qualified scorer.
The contract with Harvey M. Rose Associates, LLC commenced, originally set to end on December 31, 2025, with an option to renew for six additional years.
A motion was introduced to enact a 4.50% cost of living adjustment (COLA) to the contract amount for FY 2025-2026, resulting in a new contract amount for FY 2026-2027.
Funding for the COLA was included in the Board of Supervisors’ budget for FY 2026-27.
