Mayor Daniel Lurie submitted the ordinance adopting the MOU to the Clerk of the Board for consideration.
The Board of Supervisors received the proposed legislation for the MOU, which was referred for cost analysis.
The Controller's Office provided a cost analysis for the MOU, detailing the financial implications of the agreement.
The Government Audit and Oversight Committee recommended the ordinance for approval at the Board meeting.
The Board of Supervisors passed the ordinance on first reading, moving it closer to final approval.
