Resolution determining that the person-to-person, premise-to-premise transfer of a Type-48 on-sale general public premises beer, wine, and distilled spirits liquor license to OUTTA SIGHT PRODUCTIONS LLC, doing business as Reggie and Maude’s, located at 456-460 Larkin Street (District 5), will serve the public convenience or necessity of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with California Business and Professions Code, Section 23958.4; and requesting that the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control impose conditions on the issuance of the license.

The Clerk of the Board referred the liquor license transfer request to the Planning and Police Departments for their responses regarding public convenience or necessity.

The Police Department reviewed the application and recommended approval with specific conditions due to the location being in a high crime area.

The Planning Department also reviewed the application and recommended approval, noting that the Type 48 license is permitted in the RC-4 District.

OUTTA SIGHT PRODUCTIONS LLC submitted an application to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for a Type 48 liquor license for their business, Reggie and Maude's, located at 456-460 Larkin Street.

The Public Safety and Neighborhood Services Committee is scheduled to hear the liquor license transfer request to determine if it serves the public convenience or necessity.
