The Airport Commission approved Modification No. 1 to the contract, increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $9,500,000 for a new total of $17,000,000, with no change to the contract duration.
The Clerk of the Board received the proposed resolution for Board of Supervisors' approval of Modification No. 1.
The proposed resolution for Modification No. 1 is currently pending committee action in the Board of Supervisors.
