Resolution approving an Amendment between the City, acting by and through the Office of Contract Administration, and Sigillo Supply Inc for plumbing supplies, extending the term by two years from November 30, 2029, for a new total term of December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2031, and increasing the contract amount by $12,310,000 for a new total not to exceed amount of $15,510,000; and to authorize the Office of Contract Administration to make necessary, non-material changes to the Amendment prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary or advisable to effectuate the purposes of the Agreement.

An agreement was executed between the City and Sigillo Supply Inc for plumbing supplies, with a term ending November 30, 2029, and a not to exceed amount of $3,200,000.

City departments had encumbered approximately $2.5 million for plumbing supplies under the original contract, indicating significant usage.

The Office of Contract Administration proposed a resolution to amend the original contract, extending the term by two years and increasing the contract amount to $15,510,000.

The proposed resolution was received and assigned to the appropriate committee for further action.
