Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $250,000 from the State of California through Essential Access Health for participation in a program, entitled “Comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health Program”; retroactively approving the Grant Agreement between the City, acting by and through the Department of Public Health, and the Essential Access Health for the purpose of strengthening the overall quality of the California Comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health program for a term of one year from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, for a total not to exceed amount of $250,000; and to authorize the Director of Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Grant or this Resolution.
