How it got here

Sourcewell issued a Request for Proposals for Facility MRO, Industrial, and Building-Related Supplies and Equipment, which led to the selection of contractors for citywide supply needs.

Amendment No. 1 was executed to extend the contract term to November 8, 2028, and increase the not-to-exceed amount to $9,500,000.
The Office of Contract Administration submitted a request to the Board of Supervisors for Amendment No. 2 to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $17,100,000 due to increased operational demands.
The Board of Supervisors received and assigned the resolution for Amendment No. 2 for further consideration.
