How it got here

The California State Legislature passed Assembly Bill 102, which included a $1,000,000 earmark for the Sunset Boulevard Recycled Water Irrigation Improvement Project.
The Planning Department determined that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 and Class 3 exemptions.
