The Board of Supervisors approved an ordinance introduced by the Commission Streamlining Task Force that established term limits for members of certain commissions, including the Rent Board.
Supervisor Mandelman introduced an ordinance to exempt members of the Rent Board from the term limits established by the previous ordinance.
The ordinance was assigned under the 30-day rule for further consideration by the Board.
The proposed ordinance was referred to the Rent Board for comments and reports.
