How it got here

Supervisor Sauter introduced an ordinance to amend the Administrative Code, capping banked and capital improvement rent increases at 10% per year for the next three years.
The Board of Supervisors referred the proposed legislation to the Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Board for comments and reports.
The Legislative Digest was published, outlining the proposed amendments to the Administrative Code regarding rent increase limitations.
The ordinance is currently under the 30-day rule, awaiting further action by the Board of Supervisors.
