This resolution approves a ten-year lease agreement between San Francisco and 29 airlines for flight operations at the San Francisco International Airport, effective from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2033. This hearing will review the findings and recommendations from a 2022 audit on how well the city evaluates the services provided by community-based organizations. It will involve a report from the City Services Auditor and the City Performance Division.

This ordinance allows the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to issue up to $140.9 million in bonds to fund various capital projects for the Power Enterprise. It also includes provisions for refunding bonds and confirms the Commission's intent to reimburse itself for related expenses.

This resolution allows the Police Department to accept two utility vehicles valued at approximately $38,644.58 as a gift from the Union Square Alliance to enhance police visibility in the area. The vehicles will officially belong to the Police Department starting September 1, 2022.
