This resolution approves an amendment to a contract with the University of California to provide behavioral health services for children, youth, and families, increasing the funding by nearly $10 million and extending the contract term by four years. It also allows the Department of Public Health to make minor adjustments to the contract as needed without increasing the city's obligations.

Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to the agreement between The Regents of the University of California and the Department of Public Health, for behavioral health services for children, youth and families, to increase the agreement by $9,956,190 for an amount not to exceed $19,820,764; to extend the term by four years, from June 30, 2023, for a total agreement term of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2027; and to authorize the Department of Public Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the contract prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the contract or this Resolution.

Resolution retroactively approving a seventh amendment to Contract No. 1000014469 for the YMCA Urban Services - Truancy Assessment and Resource Center (TARC) Program between the YMCA Urban Services and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Department of Children, Youth and Their Families, to increase the grant amount by $606,040 for a total not to exceed amount of $5,390,219 and to extend the grant term for one year from July 1, 2023, for a new term of July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2024, with Board of Supervisors’ approval under Charter, Section 9.118.

This resolution approves an increase of $3,000,953 to the existing contract with the Japanese Community Youth Council for the Opportunities for All Intermediary Program, raising the total grant amount to $13,327,411. The grant term remains unchanged, and the increase requires approval from the Board of Supervisors.

This ordinance updates the agreement between San Francisco and the Service Employees International Union to include plans for classification studies and pay adjustments for certain job categories, starting July 1, 2023. It aims to ensure fair compensation and job classification for union members.

This ordinance amends the Planning Code to exempt designated historic districts from the HOME-SF Program, which aims to promote homeownership. It also affirms the Planning Department's environmental review and aligns with the city's General Plan and priority policies.

This ordinance authorizes the City to settle a lawsuit for $69,999 related to alleged civil rights violations during a traffic stop. The lawsuit was filed by David Cordero in 2019.

This resolution allows the Department of Public Health to use a $9,818,147 grant from the CDC for a program aimed at promoting equity and strengthening teams in San Francisco from December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2027. It was passed retroactively to authorize the funding for the ongoing project.

This legislation calls for a hearing to evaluate the current conditions of sidewalks in San Francisco and to discuss maintenance strategies aimed at ensuring safety and accessibility, especially for individuals with disabilities. It requests reports from Public Works, the Municipal Transportation Agency, and the Mayor's Office of Disability.

This ordinance changes the Park Code by reducing the number of seats on the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Advisory Committee, allowing for alternate members, and permitting longer service terms. It also ensures that members have relevant experience in environmental justice, racial equity, and disability issues, and mandates that meetings be held at City Hall.
