How it got here
The legislation originated from the need to renew the Curbside Management Program at San Francisco International Airport, following the expiration of the previous contract.
The Airport Commission authorized the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Curbside Management Program.
The Airport received five proposals in response to the RFP, with four meeting minimum qualifications and one deemed non-responsive.
The Airport Commission awarded Contract No. 50276 to SP Plus Corporation for the Curbside Management Program, with a total amount not to exceed $20,700,000.
The Budget and Finance Committee recommended amending the contract amount to not exceed $20,100,000.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution approving the Professional Services Agreement for the Curbside Management Program.
