The Airport Commission awarded Contract No. 50276 to SP Plus Corporation for a three-year term, with a total amount not to exceed $20,700,000.
The Board of Supervisors approved the contract but reduced the not-to-exceed amount to $20,100,000.
Modification No. 1 was approved to increase hourly rates for some classifications and remove references to shared ride vans.
Modification No. 2 was approved to update labor costs based on a new collective bargaining agreement.
The Airport Commission approved Modification No. 3 to increase the contract amount by $21,264,800 and extend the term for two years.
The Budget and Finance Committee recommended the approval of Modification No. 3.
The Board of Supervisors adopted the resolution approving Modification No. 3.
