Resolution approving the fourth amendment to the grant agreement between the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco and the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) to provide shelter operations and services at the Multi-Service Center South; increasing the grant agreement amount by $16,986,582 for a total amount not to exceed $25,938,348; extending the grant agreement term by 21 months, for a total term of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2024; and authorizing HSH to enter into amendments or modifications to the fourth amendment prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the grant.
