The Board approved a Development Agreement for the Sunnydale HOPE SF project, which established a framework for the redevelopment of the Sunnydale-Velasco public housing site.
The Director of Public Works conditionally approved requests for exceptions to the Subdivision Regulations and Public Works Code for the Sunnydale HOPE SF Project.
The Board approved Final Map No. 11040 for the project, resulting in lots for housing and public right-of-way.
The Department of Public Works approved the construction of public infrastructure improvements associated with the project.
The City Engineer issued a Notice of Completion, certifying that the public infrastructure improvements were complete and ready for use.
The Public Works Director recommended that the Board accept the offers of dedication and improvements for the public infrastructure.
The Land Use and Transportation Committee recommended the ordinance for acceptance of public infrastructure improvements.
