How it got here
The legislation originated from the need to approve the phased Final Map 12077 for the Sunnydale HOPE SF Project, which is part of a larger redevelopment effort in San Francisco.
The Planning Department found that the subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and the eight Priority Policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
The Board adopted Ordinance No. 18-17 approving a Development Agreement between the City and Sunnydale Development Co., LLC.
Public Works adopted Order No. 201070 conditionally approving Tentative Map No. 9537 for the merger and subdivision of 40 lots for the Sunnydale HOPE SF Project.
Public Works confirmed its direction to vacate streets within the Sunnydale HOPE SF site in phases, as set forth in Ordinance No. 22-19.
Public Works recommended approval of Final Map No. 12077, which includes the merger and resubdivision of existing parcels into nine horizontal lots.
The Board of Supervisors approved the phased Final Map 12077 for the Sunnydale HOPE SF Project, authorizing up to 64 residential condominium units.
