This ordinance establishes a two-year pilot program that restricts retail food and tobacco establishments in a high-crime area of the Tenderloin from operating between midnight and 5 a.m. It allows for fines and legal actions against businesses that violate these hours.

Ordinance amending the Police Code to create a two-year pilot program, during which retail food and tobacco establishments in a high-crime area of the Tenderloin police district are prohibited from being open to the public from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., or from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. if subject to regulation by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control; authorizing the Department of Public Health to impose administrative fines for violation of the hours restrictions; declaring an establishment’s operation in violation of the hours restrictions to be a public nuisance; authorizing enforcement actions by the City Attorney; and creating a private right of action for persons harmed by a violation of the hours restriction.

This ordinance extends deadlines for existing buildings with public access to comply with disability access requirements and allows for more time to request extensions. It also gives the Department of Building Inspection additional time to report on the disability access improvement program to the Board of Supervisors.

Ordinance amending the Building Code to extend the deadlines for existing buildings with a place of public accommodation to comply with the requirement to have all primary entries and paths of travel into the building accessible to persons with disabilities or to receive a City determination of equivalent facilitation, technical infeasibility, or unreasonable hardship; to extend the period for granting extensions from those deadlines; and to extend the time for the Department of Building Inspection’s Report to the Board of Supervisors regarding the disability access improvement program.

This resolution approves a 14-year lease for a restaurant at the Harvey Milk Terminal 1, with an option to extend for two additional years, and requires a minimum annual payment of $550,000 in the first year. The lease is between Tastes on the Fly San Francisco, LLC, and the City’s Airport Commission.

This resolution approves a 14-year lease for a casual sit-down restaurant at the Harvey Milk Terminal 1, with an option to extend for two additional years. The lease guarantees a minimum annual payment of $450,000 for the first year to the City and County of San Francisco.

This resolution approves a 14-year lease for a food hall at Harvey Milk Terminal 1, with an option to extend for two additional years. The lease guarantees a minimum annual payment of $1,250,000 for the first year to the city.

The hearing will evaluate how the $120 million allocated to the Dream Keepers Initiative has been spent and identify additional needs the initiative can address. Various city departments, including the Human Rights Commission and the Department of Public Health, have been asked to provide reports on this matter.

Hearing on the resources allocated for the Dream Keepers Initiative, specifically on which programs have been funded by the allocated $120,000,000 and assessing other needs that the Dream Keepers Initiative can support; requesting the Human Rights Commission, Office of Economic and Workforce Development, Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development, Department of Children Youth and their Families, Arts Commission, Department of Public Health, Office of Early Care and Education, Fire Department, and Department of Human Resources to report.

This legislation calls for a hearing to discuss the housing needs of San Francisco's growing senior population and how the city plans to address these needs. It also requests reports from various city departments on their strategies for providing housing for seniors.

Hearing on the continuum of housing needs of the growing senior population and the City’s strategies to comprehensively plan for and provide this housing across the spectrum; and requesting that the Department of Disability and Aging Services, Planning Department, Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, and Department of Public Health to report.

The ordinance establishes the Library Read to Recovery Program, which provides free written materials and books related to recovery from substance-use and non-substance-related addictive disorders at the Main Library and all Library branches. This initiative aims to support individuals seeking help with their recovery journey.
